Day 28 (parkrun)

I enjoyed the 5km parkrun this morning. It was a little tough getting up for the 8:00 start being Saturday. Not much to say about this run apart from the results. I came 89 out of 569 participants with a time of 27min16s, wow this Delta parkrun is pretty huge. I’ve been wearing a fitbit this month which has been interesting. How many steps did I do for this 5km parkrun? 4732 which which means I do just over a meter every step when running. Day 28 of the Juneathon!!
